Desi Dance Fest (DDF) , widely regarded as the largest South Asian dance festival in the U.S, officially returns for its 5th anniversary on August 29–30, 2026 . Hosted annually by NYCWALEDESI , the festival brings together dancers, choreographers, and desi music lovers from across the country to celebrate South Asian rhythm, culture, and community. Festival highlights include intensive dance workshops led by renowned choreographers and creators, the high-stakes DDF Dance Battle with a major cash prize, and a massive afterparty featuring Bollywood, Punjabi, and Urban Desi music, live dhol, cocktails, and nonstop dancing.
